No, You don't need to be home for the installation or takedown of your Chrismas lights.  All we need to know is which outlet you want us to use for the lights prior to our arrival.

Yes, we will remove the lights after Christmas. We typically get lights taken down by the end of January, depending on the weather & your preferred timeline. After we take down your lights, we will store them safely, so they are ready for next year. We strive to minimize the stress for you!

Yes, we will repair the lights if something happens to them. If they go out, break, or are damaged in any way, we’ll be right out to fix them. Our expert team handles all the maintenance; you just need to let us know so that we can arrange a time to make repairs. 

You’ll be renting the Christmas lights from us as opposed to purchasing them. Since we take care of the installation, removal and repair, it works out much cheaper (and more efficient) to purchase our services on a seasonal basis. 

We only use our own Christmas lights when performing installations. This is because we have commercial-grade lights that aren’t just superior in terms of quality but that we know that they are safe and reliable.
