Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our first time hiring someone to do what we have done for 20 years at our home. Pressure washing the house was done by Blake and he was not afraid to work. Our house looks clean.

My only concern was sending one person to clean our 4 bedroom, 2 story home. Safety, in my opinion, would require 2 people. Climbing up on ladders and constantly having to go to their truck to adjust settings could be more efficient with 2 people. Not to mention spotting the ladders in the now soft muddy soil.

That was my only concern about the service. I also noticed that your website says no one has to be home. With only 1 person climbing on a ladder and the roof? Also, they could relieve each other to rotate and take a "break".

All in all, I am happy with the job, only concerned about your employees safety.

Thank you for a job well done!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Premier did an excellent job on our house.
The young man who came was so hard working, knowledgeable & friendly/polite.
I felt the quote & final bill were very fair especially since he had to work into the night through a storm to finish everything.
I would definitely call Premier again & recommend them highly. Ginny P in Illinois

Owner's reply

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've heard positive reviews about Premier Power Wash LLC so I decided to have them clean the exterior of my house. Now my house was very moldy especially the North side. And the rest of the siding was moldy also but not as bad as the North side. Premier came 3 days ago and got the job done!!!! My house looks GREAT!!! They did an awesome job!! The man that washed my house was kind and polite. I will have them do my house from now on. I'm So happy with the way my house looks!!

Owner's reply
Thank you, Judy! We’re so glad to hear your house looks great and that you had a good experience with our team. We really appreciate you choosing Premier Power Wash and look forward to helping you again in the future!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was our first time using Premier Power Wash for cleaning our patio, walkway and cement drive and garage area. All communication was speedy including rework time schedules. We were given a date and time of arrival. The day of service we got a text they were on their way. So pleased they came exactly on time! The service rep was so friendly and professional. He worked straight through from start to finish. He asked us to check his work and asked if we had questions. He notified us of one area that wasn't draining and came back the second day, like he said he would, and made sure it was right. We can't say thank you enough for the great service from start to finish. We definetly plan on using this company again. Thank you..

We accepted the quote and chose the add ons we wanted and were put on the schedule right away.

The job they did exceeded my expectations. We definitely will have them back again!

recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. Jeff and Ryan did a fantastic job power washing our house, front porch and sidewalk. They both are very professional. Communication was very responsive. We had some challenges with weather and our schedule. They let us know when plans needed to change due to weather and let us know when they were arriving. They can handle so many things - rust spots and more. It was nice that they took their time and explained their processes so we could make decisions on how to handle spots, etc.

We had our windows done with the spot free rinse. That was amazing - we hadn’t realized how dirty our windows were! We are looking forward to having Premier back in a few weeks to do our driveway.

recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. Premier power washed our siding and cleaned our exterior windows yesterday afternoon. I'd like to share a few of my thoughts and observations:

1. During the quote / scheduling, I felt the process was well communicated. I understood the cost, what they were going to do, what they needed from me, and when they'd be arriving. I received text reminders periodically as the appointment got close.

2. The job was done exceptionally well. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very thorough and made sure the details were taken care of.

3. They did a walk through after the job to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. This is a nice customer service touch that was appreciated.

4. Other than the clean siding / windows (and clean smell), they left no trace of being here.

Very professional company. I'd highly recommend and will certainly be using them again in the near future!

Owner's reply
